Hi, My name is Ellen Waenink.

I am a guide for leaders and change agents to increase relational intelligence and have more impact in and with their team(s) and community. On this website you can read more about my work as a Transformational Coach, senior Circling leader & trainer, and teacher of the Non Linear Movement Method®.

With the art of presence and relating I support my clients with returning to wholeness, uncovering their uniqueness and growing a deeper trust in themselves, while guiding them to embody their deepest purpose.

My clients are leaders, idealists and change agents who are on the path of awakening. They want to have an impact on the evolution of the world and humanity.

Our work together focusses on deepening the capacity to:

  • embody presence

  • connect and integrate shadow, protector- and hurt parts

  • experience a deeper intimacy with aliveness , including more difficult aspects and energies to fee

  • surrender, trust and lead from presence in any moment in life.

My clientele consists of men and women. Although I have a particular love for working with (emerging) women leaders.

Being a woman and a business leader myself for nearly 25 years, I hold a specific interest for finding truth about what it means to be a leader as a woman in our current times and contexts. I am passionate and devoted to a healthy integration of the feminine and masculine to be(-come) an authentic and full expression of creativity and truth.

Ellen is dedicated to a path of women’s practices and spirituality.

She is a long term student of:

  • Michaela Boehm and her lineage of the nondual tradition Kashmiri Shaivism.

  • Steve March and his body of work Aletheia: integral unfolding. Which is a coaching methodology specifically designed for discovering and unfolding innate talent and creativity in the midst of complex environments.

Boost relational intelligence in organisations

Using the social technology Circling and the art of conscious relating, I help evolve more presence, connection, aliveness and awareness of interconnectedness in professional contexts.

By bringing these into working realities I sharpen feedback systems and help cultivate cultures with more trust, honesty and empathy and creativity and joy flow more freely.

I work with people, teams and companies—from startups to the public sector and from schools to hospitals— in transformation and focus on leadership (development), organizational change, trust, authentic communication and conscious relating in the professional context.

This work includes:

  • Consultancy and in-company trajectories

  • Executive coaching and leadership team coaching

  • Trainings in presence, connection, advanced communication skills and collective presencing

  • Public trainings in leadership development and relational mastery

    I also train and mentor coaches and facilitators internationally in their professional development in these areas.
