Circling

What is Circling?

Circling is a relational, presence practice that involves being present with others and exploring your experience in the moment, while also being attuned to the experience of others. It's a form of conscious dialogue that aims to deepen the intimacy with what is present while including vulnerability, authenticity, and empathy.

Circling explores various aspects of our being, including our individual development, our interpersonal relationships, and our cultural and societal contexts.

Circling is a holistic practice that engages different dimensions of the human experience and can support individual and collective growth and unfoldment into deeper depths (wholeness).

Relating as a path of unfoldment

Circling is a practice that embraces a holistic perspective on personal growth, recognising that people grow in different ways and at different stages.

For example, it can help you develop emotional and relational intelligence, empathise with others, and increases your capacity for self-reflection and self-awareness. It often leads to people having greater understanding and appreciation of different perspectives and worldviews, which can support cognitive and cultural development.

People who practice Circling often become more sovereign in life by cultivating self-awareness, authentic expression, embracing vulnerability, and empowering choice.
